Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to carefully process and pack your items.
Delivery times vary by region:

  • UK orders: 5–12 business days

  • International orders: 12–20 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking details will be sent automatically, but you can always reach out to our support team if you’d like an update on your order’s status.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rejuvelia experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

You may return your item for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new one to you.

  • Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds typically appear within 3 business days after approval.

For hygienic reasons, personal care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.


Easy Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@rejuvelia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Let us know whether you’d like to return or exchange your item.

  3. We’ll guide you through the steps, including the return address and recommended shipping carrier.

  4. Once you’ve shipped your return, please email us your tracking number.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service. Rejuvelia cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
